The Hyderabad Regional Authority for Aquatic Areas (HYDRAA) has issued notices to Jayabheri Constructions, owned by actor and politician Murali Mohan, for unauthorized structures encroaching on the Full Tank Level (FTL) area of the Rangalkunta Lake in Gachibowli. HYDRAA’s inspection revealed that Jayabheri had erected fencing within the FTL of the adjoining Cheruvu in Nanakramguda. The agency demanded the removal of these structures within 15 days, warning that failure to comply would result in HYDRAA taking action to demolish them.
According to HYDRAA, the complaint led to a site inspection, where Jayabheri was instructed to relocate the fencing within their designated boundaries. The construction company agreed to rectify the encroachment within a week. Murali Mohan responded to the notices, stating that they would voluntarily remove a three-foot shed in the buffer zone by Tuesday. He emphasized his longstanding reputation in the real estate industry, claiming no history of fraudulent activities.
