A major fire broke out at Devan Devdi market in Hyderabad late Sunday night, causing widespread panic among traders and residents. The fire started in a shop on the fourth floor of Madina and Abbas Towers, a commercial complex housing around 200 shops. Within minutes, the blaze spread to adjacent stores, engulfing large portions of the building. The presence of highly flammable materials, such as clothing, bed sheets, and carpets, further fueled the fire, making it difficult for firefighters to contain the flames quickly.

In response to the emergency, authorities dispatched 15 fire tenders from various fire stations across the city. Firefighters had to climb adjacent structures to spray water onto the burning floors, working tirelessly to prevent the flames from spreading further. Despite their efforts, the fire severely damaged multiple shops, resulting in significant financial losses for the traders.
