At least 21 people have been killed and 41 others injured in Israel’s latest airstrikes on Lebanon, according to Lebanese sources ¹. The Israeli warplanes launched 16 raids in Lebanon and nine more in eastern Lebanon, resulting in significant damage and loss of life. Among those injured were six Lebanese soldiers who were wounded in an Israeli drone attack on a military checkpoint.

The airstrikes have also destroyed several buildings, including a three-story building in the village of Karak, east of Lebanon, killing nine people and wounding 14 ¹. The Civil Defence personnel, in cooperation with the Lebanese Red Cross, have recovered several bodies and injured individuals from the rubble.
