Union Home Minister Amit Shah has announced that Agniveers will receive pensionable jobs, urging parents not to hesitate to send their sons to the Army. Shah made this statement during a ‘Jan Aashirwaad Rally’ in Gurgaon, where he also criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, calling him a “lying machine” for claiming that the Agniveer Yojana was introduced to avoid providing pensionable jobs.
Shah emphasized that the Agniveer scheme aims to make the Army younger and pointed out that the Modi government has given Haryana 292,000 crores rupees for development in 10 years, compared to the UPA government’s 41,000 crores. He also highlighted the BJP’s achievements in Haryana, including providing five lakh jobs without corruption or favoritism.
