AIMIM Leader Mahboob Ali Killed in Brutal Knife Attack in Hyderabad

AIMIM leader Mahboob Ali, 60, was fatally attacked by a group of unidentified assailants in Hyderabad’s Vattepally area under the Falaknuma police station limits on the night of August 30. According to police, Mahboob Ali was standing near Almas Hotel when five to six attackers allegedly surrounded him and assaulted him with knives and sickles. He suffered critical injuries and remained on the road for several minutes before being rushed to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

Police reached the crime scene soon after receiving information and initiated an investigation. A case has been registered, and forensic evidence is being collected from the spot. Investigators are also reviewing CCTV footage from nearby locations to identify the suspects and determine the sequence of events. Authorities are examining all possible angles, including the motive behind the attack.

DCP Rajendranagar stated that three special police teams have been formed to track down and arrest those responsible. Search operations are underway at multiple locations, with investigators relying on both technical evidence and eyewitness accounts. Police have assured that every effort is being made to identify the accused and bring them to justice as the investigation continues.
