A tragic accident on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru National Highway 44 near Bhureddypally in Mahabubnagar district claimed the lives of three people and left 12 others injured. The incident occurred early Friday morning when a Bengaluru-bound bus, traveling from Hyderabad, collided with a truck. The accident was triggered by a sudden burst of one of the tyres on a car ahead of the truck. In a bid to avoid hitting the car, the truck driver applied emergency brakes, causing the private bus behind to crash into the truck.
