Teenmaar Mallanna officially entered politics in Hyderabad on September 17, 2025, by launching a new party called the Telangana Rajyaadhikari Party (TRP). At the launch, he declared that the party’s mission is to uplift Backward Classes (BCs) and economically weaker communities by giving them a fair political share, dignity, and decision-making power. Highlighting his vision, Mallanna said that TRP is not a symbolic movement but a serious political platform created to challenge the dominance of existing parties like BJP, BRS, and Congress, which, according to him, have ignored BC representation.
The party unveiled a distinctive flag designed with red and green colors, symbolizing struggle and farmers respectively. It carries a fist, a labor wheel, and rice stalks, along with the slogan “Self-Respect, Power, Share” to reflect TRP’s ideology. Mallanna also announced that TRP has made history by becoming the first political party in India to appoint Artificial Intelligence (AI) as its spokesperson, showcasing its forward-looking approach. In a symbolic move, the party’s official website was launched by a common man to emphasize inclusiveness and grassroots connection.
Choosing September 17 for the party launch was no coincidence—Mallanna linked it to the birth anniversaries of Periyar and Vishwakarma, figures who represent social justice and working-class empowerment. The event witnessed large participation of BC leaders and supporters, filled with songs, slogans, and celebratory energy. Calling upon BCs to unite for true political strength, Mallanna promised to offer tickets to communities sidelined in mainstream politics. He even pledged that if proven unsuccessful in his role as an MLC, he would resign, presenting himself as a leader committed to accountability.
