Israeli Forces Kill Four Palestinians in Gaza Amid Rising Death Toll

Israeli forces killed four Palestinians, including an elderly woman, in separate incidents in northern and southern Gaza, intensifying the ongoing humanitarian crisis. Three Palestinians were shot while attempting to return to their homes near the Kuwait Roundabout, east of Gaza City, with their bodies later transferred to Baptist Hospital. In another tragic event, an elderly woman from the Mahna family was killed east of the town of Al-Qarara, near Khan Younis. These latest killings come in the wake of Israel’s withdrawal from the Netzarim Corridor, a strategic strip that previously divided Gaza from north to south.

According to Gaza’s health authorities, the total death toll from Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023, has now reached 48,189, with 111,640 others injured. Over the past 24 hours alone, eight Palestinians have been reported dead, including seven whose bodies were recovered from the rubble. Officials warn that more victims remain trapped beneath debris in areas too dangerous to access due to continued shelling. The destruction of civilian areas and essential infrastructure has worsened the humanitarian crisis, leaving many without shelter, medical aid, or access to basic necessities.

The ongoing war has also severely depleted Gaza’s medical resources, with health officials now pleading for urgent blood donations. “Our blood bank is empty, and we need immediate donations to save lives,” authorities stated. The prolonged conflict has left hospitals overwhelmed, operating under dire conditions with limited electricity and supplies. As the violence continues, global humanitarian organizations and political leaders are calling for immediate intervention to prevent further loss of innocent lives.
