Three Palestinians were shot while attempting to return to their homes near the Kuwait Roundabout, east of Gaza City, with their bodies later transferred to Baptist Hospital. In another tragic event, an elderly woman from the Mahna family was killed east of the town of Al-Qarara, near Khan Younis. These latest killings come in the wake of Israel’s withdrawal from the Netzarim Corridor, a strategic strip that previously divided Gaza from north to south.

According to Gaza’s health authorities, the total death toll from Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023, has now reached 48,189, with 111,640 others injured. Over the past 24 hours alone, eight Palestinians have been reported dead, including seven whose bodies were recovered from the rubble. Officials warn that more victims remain trapped beneath debris in areas too dangerous to access due to continued shelling.
