Greater Noida Resident Under Police Inquiry After Allegedly Abusing Security Guards Over Delivery Entry

A woman in Greater Noida has come under police investigation after allegedly abusing and threatening security guards at a residential society when a food delivery executive was stopped at the main gate for routine verification. The incident took place on August 26 at Amrapali Centurian Park Terrace Homes under the Bisrakh police station limits. A video of the confrontation has since gone viral on social media, drawing widespread criticism over the woman’s alleged behaviour toward the security staff.

According to police, the dispute began after security personnel followed standard society procedures and asked the delivery executive to complete verification before entering the premises. The woman reportedly became angry, used abusive language, attempted to assault one of the guards, and allegedly made caste-related remarks while insulting them over their financial status. In the viral video, she can also be heard threatening the guards by saying, “Juta saaf karwaungi,” and claiming that even the police could not take action against her.

Police officials said they have taken cognisance of the viral video and launched an inquiry into the matter. Authorities stated that the situation at the society is now under control and that appropriate legal action will be taken after the investigation is completed. The incident has reignited discussions about the treatment of frontline workers, including security guards and delivery personnel, who regularly face verbal abuse while performing their duties.
