A small disagreement in the Attapur area of Hyderabad quickly escalated into a violent attack, exposing once again how easily tempers are turning into crimes on city streets. Police arrested 24-year-old M A Salman, also known as Chota Salman, a resident of Sulemannagar, for allegedly storming into a local shop at Akber Hills and assaulting its owner, Syed Furkhan, with a stick. What started as a minor issue reportedly ended with physical violence, property damage, and a frightened neighborhood.
According to investigators, Salman trespassed into the shop in a fit of anger and attacked Furkhan without hesitation, causing panic in the area. After the assault, he didn’t stop there — he went on to smash the windscreen of a car parked nearby before fleeing the scene. The aggressive outburst drew immediate attention from locals, who later helped police piece together the sequence of events. The incident highlights how everyday disputes are increasingly spiraling into criminal acts rather than being resolved calmly.
Following a formal complaint, police swiftly registered a case and tracked down the accused, placing him under arrest. Salman was produced before the court and remanded as part of the legal process. Officers have reiterated that trespassing, assault, and property destruction will not be treated lightly, regardless of how “small” the original dispute may seem. The clear message is simple: losing control for a few minutes can now cost months or years behind bars — and the law will not make excuses for street violence.
