Meerut Horror: Man’s Body Dismembered, Stuffed in Drum with Cement

Meerut: In a gruesome case that has sent shockwaves across Uttar Pradesh, the post-mortem report of Saurabh Rajput has revealed horrifying details of his brutal murder. According to the report, Saurabh was stabbed multiple times in the heart before his wife, Muskan Rastogi, and her lover, Sahil Shukla, beheaded him and chopped his body into pieces to fit inside a drum. The drum was then filled with cement in an attempt to conceal the crime. Even the doctors who conducted the autopsy were left shaken by the brutality of the act. Police sources confirmed that the victim, a merchant navy officer, had returned home on March 4, after which he was reported missing. Following a thorough investigation and questioning, the suspects admitted to the crime, leading the police to the horrific discovery.

Authorities are now probing deeper into the case, with teams dispatched to Himachal Pradesh for further investigation. One of the most shocking aspects of the case is the involvement of Muskan’s stepmother, who has demanded the death penalty for her stepdaughter. Meanwhile, law enforcement officials are also looking into the background of the victim, particularly how a Class 12 graduate like Saurabh managed to work in London. Investigators have analyzed hours of CCTV footage and interrogated local shopkeepers in an effort to piece together the events leading up to the murder. The police are also trying to determine if the accused had planned the crime in advance and whether any other individuals were involved in helping them cover up the murder.

The crime, which took place in Indiranagar, has sparked widespread outrage, with locals demanding swift justice. The police have officially registered an FIR against both accused individuals, who are now in custody. The brutality of the case has reignited discussions about domestic crimes and the need for stricter laws to deter such horrifying acts. As forensic experts continue their work, investigators are exploring whether financial or personal motives drove Muskan and Sahil to commit such a heinous crime. With pressure mounting on the authorities, the case is being closely monitored, and more details are expected to emerge as the investigation progresses.
