A 45-year-old Indian technician living in Oman has struck gold by winning the grand prize of 15 million Dirhams (approximately Rs 34.88 crore) in the latest Big Ticket raffle held in Abu Dhabi. Rajesh Mullankil Vellilapullithodi, originally from Kerala, bought the winning ticket number 375678 online for Draw number 273 on March 30. Working and living in Oman for the past 33 years, Rajesh has been participating in the monthly draw with a group of friends, and this time, his persistence finally paid off.
Overwhelmed by the life-changing win, Rajesh shared his disbelief and joy after receiving the call confirming his jackpot. “Just five minutes before, my friend told me to check the results, but I never thought I’d actually win. I was in shock,” he said. Although still processing the news, Rajesh revealed that he has no immediate plans for the prize money and intends to share it with the friends who regularly chipped in for the tickets
The Big Ticket raffle, known for transforming lives, has announced more exciting promotions.
