Hyderabad Horror: Woman’s Body Found Stuffed in Suitcase in Bachupally

In a chilling incident that shocked residents of Bachupally, Hyderabad, the decomposed body of an unidentified woman was found stuffed inside a suitcase on June 4, 2025. The suitcase was discovered in the Vijayadurga Owners Association Colony after residents alerted the police about a foul smell coming from an abandoned corner. Upon inspection, authorities found the body of a woman, estimated to be between 25 and 35 years of age, dressed in a maroon Punjabi suit. Police suspect that the murder may have occurred three to four days prior to the discovery.

Special police teams have been assigned to the case to identify the victim and trace the perpetrator. Investigators are analyzing CCTV footage from the surrounding areas and questioning locals for any leads. The locality, which is usually considered peaceful, has been left shaken by the discovery. Residents expressed concern over safety in the area, urging authorities to increase surveillance and patrolling, especially in less frequented spots within housing colonies.

The body has been shifted to Gandhi Hospital for a postmortem examination to determine the exact cause and time of death. A murder case has been registered, and further forensic and technical investigations are underway. Police officials have urged citizens to report any missing persons that could be linked to the case. As of now, the identity of the woman remains unknown, and the motive behind the gruesome act is yet to be established.
