A private aircraft narrowly escaped disaster on Thursday in Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, when it lost control during takeoff and veered off the runway into nearby bushes. Farrukhabad District Magistrate Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi confirmed that the jet was carrying an investor involved in a proposed ₹570-crore investment under the ‘Viksit Bharat’ initiative. While the aircraft experienced a minor technical issue during takeoff, swift action by the crew prevented any injuries or major damage. Eyewitnesses at the scene described the incident as a tense moment, relieved only by the fact that the passengers and pilots were safe.

Officials emphasized that safety protocols were followed, and the aircraft has since been secured for detailed inspection.
